Smartkiddies – games for all subjects
We recently came across the excellent website SmartKiddies which has some great Mathematics resources for primary age students and some really engaging in-built rewards. We think it is a fantastic website and well worth checking out.
If you like SmartKiddies you will also love What2Learn and it covers all subjects, not just Mathematics…
Thousands of learning games
We have a huge range of learning games covering most subject areas – from basic literacy to the fall of the Roman Empire. At last count we had over 60,000 interactive activities which are proven to raise attainment.
Great in-built rewards
Children using What2Learn get to design their own character and even manage their own virtual farm. Developing their character or farm requires them to spend credits which can only be earned by completing learning games. This has been proven to be a really effective means of maintaining engagement. Benefits for teachers and parents
In addition to being able to provide children with access to this incredible resource, parents and teachers will benefit from the automatic recording of the progress of each child. You can even add your own questions and answers to our game engines and see the scores your children get in your games.
If you like SmartKiddies you will love What2Learn. If the games and rewards on SmartKiddies are proving an effective tool for raising performance in Mathematics, why not use a similar system which will raise performance across all subject areas?
